Refund Policy for Nationwide Mailbox Services

All Sales Are Final - No Refunds Available
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before engaging our nationwide mailbox services. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Policy Statement:
It is the policy of The Nationwide Mailbox Services that all sales are final. Once a service has been purchased, whether it pertains to installation, repair, restoration, or any other service we offer, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy is in place due to the nature of our services, which often involve customized work, the procurement of specific materials, and the allocation of labor resources once a service agreement is in place.
Exceptions:
While our general policy is that all sales are final and no refunds are available, exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of The Nationwide Mailbox Services in the following extremely limited circumstances:

Service Not Performed: If, through no fault of your own, we are completely unable to perform the agreed-upon service after payment has been made. In such a case, a refund of the amount paid for the unperformed service may be considered.

Gross Error on Our Part: If there is a significant and verifiable error directly attributable to The Nationwide Mailbox Services that fundamentally alters the agreed-upon service to a degree deemed unacceptable by us.
Process for Exception Consideration:
If you believe your situation falls under one of the extremely limited exceptions outlined above, you must submit a written request for consideration to thenationwidemailboxservices@gmail.com within [1] day of the issue arising. Your request must clearly detail the reasons for your claim and include any supporting documentation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancelling a service does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
